Do I have to pay for occupants?
Nope! You can add as many occupants as you like. Pay only for your team members who will be assigned to, following, or managing requests.
Do you have a trial?
Yes. Simply sign up at joluud.com/signup and you'll be automatically enrolled in a 30-day trial of Joluud. At the end of your trial, you'll be asked to subscribe to a payment plan.
Is a credit card required for the trial?
No. A credit card is not required for the first month you're in Joluud. You'll be asked for payment information at the end of your trial.
Is there a discount if I pay yearly?
Sure is. If you go with the annual option, you get 2 months free.
What if I want to cancel?
While we'll be sad to see you go, you can cancel your Joluud account at any time.
What if I need to remove or add users?
You can add as many users as allowed in your subscription plan.
